Agata Storer graduated with a degree in graphic design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice.  She also studied at the Hochschule für Gestaltung (Frankfurt). Her diploma project consisted of a multimedia presentation in the field of social photography, which is still her main interest.

Professionally, she worked as an Art Director at Saatchi and Saatchi and Leo Burnett in Warsaw ("G7"). She lived in Israel for five years with her husband and two children (one born in Bethlehem and the other in Jerusalem), where she taught graphic design at the Anglican International School of Jerusalem. More recently she has worked as a freelance photographer for NGOs, private clients, and media, with a focus on portraiture.  Currently, she lives on Cape Cod, Massachusetts where she works as a photographer and writer for The Provincetown Independent, a local newspaper.

An involvement with social issues has also been central to Storer’s life.  She worked for victims of human trafficking in Poland and in favelas in São Paulo, Brazil.  During the pandemic she started an initiative with NGO "Bless" to assist single mothers in Gliwice, Poland.

Agata Storer’s photographs were featured in a solo exhibition, Castles Built on the Sand, in 2017 at Kultura Obrazu, a gallery in Katowice.  Her photo project, My Private Paradise, based on her experience living in Israel, was presented in Photo IS:RAEL 2019 in Tel Aviv. During the pandemic she moved to Gliwice, Poland with her family and began a project, Constant Transitions.  A photograph from this body of work, Leaves, was shown in 2022 at Farm Projects, a gallery in Wellfleet, MA, and  was published in Vogue magazine in December 2022.
